Noetica is a member of the UK based Customer Contact Association and the Germany based Call Center Forum. Here are descriptions of these organisations:
 


  
CCA is the professional body for customer contact. With over 800 corporate members this represents over 3,500 senior practitioners, employing between 20%-30% of the total contact centre population within the UK market. Around 10% of people employed in UK contact centres are working in a CCA Accredited centre. CCA delivers membership packages encouraging the continuous professional development of contact centres, and the people employed within them.

With some 350 members Call Center Forum Deutschland e.V. (CCF) is the largest platform for the Call Centre industry in Germany. This organisation offers knowledge exchange and pursues Germany's Call Centre industry's interests. Members include in-house and outsourced Call Centres as well as technology providers.
