Following the move from Preview & Power to Predictive Dialling, Noetica introduces the move from Predictive to Script Aware Predictive Dialling. This unique and patent protected breakthrough technology means that the Dialler is "aware" which step of the interaction process agent and customer are currently at. This allows the dialling algorithm to be significantly more accurate in its predictions.
