Danny Singer - Managing Director (CEO)

Danny Singer, Noetica's founder and CEO, has been involved in the software industry since 1981. He is a graduate in Pure Mathematics from the Israel Institute of Technology and spent the first five years of his career developing advanced software systems for the Israeli Military Intelligence.

Since 1987 he has been working in the UK first as the Head of Development and then as Technical Director at Capscan Limited.

Danny has been involved in the Contact Centre industry since 1988 and is a frequent speaker and commentator on industry related subjects.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Luke Harris, Ph.D. - Technical Director (CTO)

Dr Luke Harris, Technical Director of Noetica, has been with the Scandex group of companies since 1988 and is one of the founders of Noetica, having joined the company at its inception in 1997.

Luke is a graduate in Pure Mathematics and holds a Ph.D. in Topology from the University of Liverpool.

His responsibilities include the design and implementation of new products, as well as planning the future direction of the Noetica product range. He also liaises with the sales and operations departments to provide advice and assistance on ways that Synthesys can be used to solve business problems.


 

 

 

 

 

Elliot Littlechild - Operations Director (COO)

Prior to joining Noetica in Feb 2002, Elliot was employed by the Daily Telegraph as a Client Account Manager. Within this role he was responsible for implementing Synthesys throughout their Contact Centre.

An opportunity arose to join Noetica as a Project Manager in February 2002. Since joining, Elliot has been responsible for a variety of customer projects including Time Warner, Highway Insurance and Allianz. 

Elliot is a graduate in Business Administration from Southampton University (1998).

Elliot is responsible for the delivery of all customer projects and all Noetica customer support. In addition, he takes an active role in Noetica's strategic sales activities and provides constant and invaluable feedback into our product development.


 

 

 

 

 

Kim Constantine - Programming Director

Kim Constantine has worked for the Scandex group for 12 years and is one of the founders of Noetica having joined the original team prior to the company's creation in 1997. 

 
 
Kim holds a Bsc (Hons) in Computing Science from Staffordshire University. Apart from managing the development team's workload and providing an invaluable input into product design, she is responsible for maintaining code versions and ensuring all software is finished and merged correctly for version releases and service packs.
 
Her other roles include running the QA department, making sure all software released is fit for the market place, as well as supporting all the European re-sellers with from a technical perspective.

  

 

Steven Brooks - Commercial Director

Steven has over 10 years operational and commercial experience within Direct Marketing, Publishing and Contact Centres gained from a variety of roles including Client Account Management, Supplier Management, Management Accounting and Head of Contact Centre.

Steven holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics & Business Studies (1993) from Leicester University. He also holds professional qualifications in both Management Accounting (Chartered Institute of Management Accounting – CIMA) and Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing – CIM) and recently obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.

Steven joined Noetica from The Telegraph Group in 2007 and is responsible for controlling financial and commercial activities within the business.

 

 


 


Brigitte Reimer - Training Manager

Brigitte has been with the company since 1998 and her responsibilites include organizing and delivering training sessions on our Customer Interaction Management systems - Synthesys and Synthesys.NET.

She is also responsible for preparing and developing related training materials and the reams of documentation associated with our products.

Brigitte is a graduate (B.Sc.) in Social Policy and Administration (1991) from the London School of Economics.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wendy Palmer - Helpdesk Administrator

A Microbiologist, Wendy's previous career has centred on publishing - from computer magazines to pharmaceutical databases. Prior to joining Noetica, she ran an international customer services department and training team.

She continues here in a support environment as Helpdesk Administrator, logging and prioritising customer enquiries and allocating engineers to investigate problems. Wendy also organises installations, upgrades and migrations, acting as the primary contact point for the Synthesys customer base.
