Noetica is delighted to share some good news about RSVP Call Centres Limited, a leading call centre client. London-based RSVP has recently been recognised in the London Stock Exchange's '1000 Companies to Inspire Britain' report which identifies the most dynamic and fastest-growing small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) in the UK, The report examines in detail the opportunities and challenges facing SME's and looks at the sectors and trends that will shape the future of the UK economy. The selection criteria requires companies to have shown not just growing revenue over the past four years, but also to have outperformed their sector peers in other areas such as employment growth and innovation.

RSVP is one of the UK's leading call centres and the only contact centre to be staffed across the board by actors. RSVP is now in its 28th year and is enjoying exceptional year on year growth. Over the past six years the business has taken on two extra floors in the Northern and Shell Tower in London's Docklands to seat an additional 240 operators, its turnover has increased annually by 125%, and the nunber of clients has grown from nine to 60.  Another 100 positions will be added in 2016.

This accolade means a great deal to RSVP as it's an independently generated report that looks at companies performance over the last four years. With over 5 million SME's in the UK, to be recognised in the top 0.02% is a great achievement.
